Factory Game Day 2

After taking place in the second day of the Factory Game, I found many differences between day one and day two. First of all, since we needed to produce a mass of our toy, it took a lot longer to cut out the pieces on the paper. Though my job was only to cut out the pieces of paper, I could hear a lot of confusion going on in the rest of the classroom. Many people were shouting at others and many people were getting frustrated. That is normal to happen though because when there is a group of people, it tends to be a little hard to do something. Today there was not as much freedom to create your toy because we had to make the toys look exactly the same. Everyone had a job to do where as on Monday, everyone was doing their own thing. Today there was not much time to fool around or talk to friends because there was so much work to be done. Plus, yesterday, there was a goal to be accomplished. Today, there was not an amount of toys that had to be produced, we simply needed 'a lot.'
